adjust your delivery schedule, skip upcoming deliveries, edit subscribed
products, or cancel your subscription altogether.

Is it possible to skip my upcoming delivery?

If you need to skip
your next delivery but wish to resume your regular schedule afterward, you can
easily do so. Simply log in to your account and navigate to "Manage
Subscriptions" where you can adjust your subscription details in the
dashboard.

How do I update my delivery address?

Whether you're
traveling or have recently relocated, you can easily update your preferred
delivery address for your matcha.

 

Simply log in to your
account and navigate to "Manage Subscriptions" where you can edit
your subscription details in the dashboard.

How can I terminate my subscription?

While we'll be sorry
to see you leave, you can cancel your subscription after three months of
delivery.

 

To do so, simply log
in to your account and navigate to "Manage Subscription" where you
can cancel your subscription details in the dashboard.

 

Please note that if
you've already been billed, you will not be refunded, and the cancellation will
take effect from your next billing cycle.

Delivery
When will my order be shipped?

After placing your order, we will wait for the
payment. As soon as we have received your payment, your order will be prepared
for shipment. We usually ship the order within 48 hours (please note that the
times indicated are always working days), in some cases it may take longer.
Your order will then be processed and delivered by the relevant shipping
service.
